NSAA Girls and Boys High School Basketball Championships Live on NET

NET will provide live coverage of the NSAA girls and boys basketball championship games played at the Pinnacle Bank Arena.

LINCOLN – On two Saturdays in March, high school basketball teams from all across Nebraska will converge on Lincoln to play for state titles. NET, Nebraska’s PBS & NPR Stations, will provide live coverage of championship games played at the Pinnacle Bank Arena.

“NSAA State Girls High School Basketball Championships” air Saturday, March 6, followed by “NSAA State Boys High School Basketball Championships” on Saturday, March 13.

The schedule of games will be the same both Saturdays. Start times for the second, fourth and sixth games are tentative, depending on what time the previous games conclude. All times listed are CT.

9 a.m. – Class D-1

10:45 a.m. – Class C-1 (game time tentative)

2 p.m. – Class B

3:45 p.m. – Class D-2 (game time tentative)

7 p.m. – Class A

8:45 p.m. – Class C-2 (game time tentative)

Calling the action on March 6 will be sportscaster Larry Punteney, along with All-American and former Doane University basketball player Trudi Nolin as color analyst. KETV Sports Director Andy Kendeigh will report from the sidelines.

On March 13, Punteney will be joined by former University of Nebraska basketball player Andy Markowski as color analyst. Kendeigh will return with reports from the sidelines.

“NSAA State Girls High School Basketball Championships” and “NSAA State Boys High School Basketball Championships” are produced in cooperation with the Nebraska School Activities Association.

All championship games will be streamed live at netNebraska.org and on the NET App.
