The D-T boys basketball team is heading to state for the second straight year after defeating the Hastings St. Cecilia Bluehawks 39-37 Monday night during the Class C-2 District 3 Final. The boys state tournament is March 9-11 in Lincoln.

Central Community College has announced that its total college-wide enrollment for the 2020 fall semester is 5,695, which is down from 6,212 students at the start of the 2019 fall semester. The total is comprised of 2,440 on-campus students and 3,255 distance learning students.
